Thats okay mate. Its not about explaining stuff on call. Its about answering the queries. People do want to understand the procedure 'before' taking an appointment.
If you were busy with another job, the better way would have been to let me know and setup a callback time.
I am just another customer who doesn't know much about these vehicles and want to ensure that i get work done from a place where folks know what they are doing.
Quality of work matters to me instead of charges. That was the purpose of making a callout.
