Its not a dry battery, its filled with same acid electrolyte as the old saada khushbu local batteries
The only difference is the chemistry of the plates in it, they are a lead calcium alloy and require 14.8 or so volts to start bubbling in the cells which your oldschool japanese cars cannot provide.
And furthermore, they are very small plates (read as trash quality) - but the manufacturer knows they can sell it as hype with buzzwords like dry battery and maintenance free.
