This issue is usually related to clutch heatup in stop and go traffic. You can fix this by slight adjustment in your driving technique.
Let the vehicle in front of you move slightly ahead, only then release the brake pedal. Don't use accelerator. Let the transmission fully engage the clutch. When the vehicle starts moving on its own, only then use accelerator or brake based on the traffic in front of you. The key point here is not to let the clutch slip which repeatedly and aggressively happens if you accelerate and brake repeatedly in heavy traffic.
With this slight adjustment, you will never face heatup and premature clutch wear in both DCTs and Suzuki AGS transmissions.

Sometimes using manual mode is also beneficial specially where transmission quickly shifts into 2nd gear and you have to use brakes repeatedly. In such a senario, use manual/sports mode and keep it in 1st gear to avoid redundant shifting.
